Boyd Mark

Program Director

Southeastern Telehealth Resource Center

Boyd Mark serves as the Program Director at the Southeastern Telehealth Resource Center (SETRC), responsible for expanding and sustaining telehealth and connected care in SETRC’s region, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He focuses on telehealth’s critical role in improving healthcare outcomes for patients and clinical organizations. 

Boyd has deep expertise in connected care, digital transformation, and innovation. Prior to joining SETRC, Boyd founded the national Autism Telehealth Program at the non-profit Scott Center for Autism Treatment on the campus of the Florida Institute of Technology, a Tier 1 STEM university. He is a recognized expert and national speaker on pediatric telehealth, technology strategy and implementation for healthcare, administration, interoperability, and human-centered design for healthcare. Boyd’s background includes leadership positions with Microsoft, Intuit, and Apple. He holds a BA in history from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Boyd resides with his family on Florida’s Space Coast.
