Jessica Devine

Data Coordinator

Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center

Jessica Devine works for the Indiana Rural Health Association and is the Data Coordinator for the Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center (UMTRC). Jessica has given presentations regionally and nationally about leveraging data analytics, telehealth, and suicide prevention. She joined the Indiana Rural Health Association in 2020. Within the Indiana Rural Health Association before joining the UMTRC program, she was the project coordinator for the Rural Indiana Suicide Evaluation and Education Network.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Purdue University. She was a member of a biomedical engineering team through Purdue’s Engineering Projects in Community Service. Jessica is passionate about technology for increasing access to care and improving quality of life, especially through integrating biomedical engineering and computer science with healthcare.
