Shubha Devadoss has been the Program Manager at CTRC since May 2021. She is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a decade of experience in healthcare. She has a proven track record of meeting high expectations, managing multiple tasks, and successfully delivering projects on schedule. As a leader with an innovative mindset, Shubha inspires teams, embraces challenges, and is committed to bringing excellence to the programs she serves. Her areas of expertise extend across program management, process improvement, community and stakeholder engagements, and fostering effective operations within OCHIN’s Federal Programs department.
Shubha is involved in overall program design and strategy and oversees the management of the CTRC program, including the website, projects, and other resource offerings. Prior to becoming the Manager for CTRC, she served as an Information Systems Analyst and Program Manager with the Federal Program Department. Shubha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from India and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Portland State University.
