Reid Plimpton is the Project Manager for the federally funded Northeast Telehealth Resource Center (www.NETRC.org), a member of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers and a project of Medical Care Development, Inc. (www.MCD.org). As Project manager since early 2019, Reid assists organizations while they develop, implement, and expand telehealth programs.
Mr. Plimpton is passionate about the telehealth field and its capacity to improve access to healthcare and quality of care, especially its impact on rural and underserved areas. Reid’s expertise includes policy research and development, inclusive of telehealth reimbursement policies, legal and regulatory issues, model programs, and telehealth technology. He holds a Master of Public Health with Honors from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.
