Shumaila Ali leads PulseTRC, a federally funded telehealth resource center serving Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. She advocates for equitable healthcare access through telehealth, with a focus on rural and underserved communities. Her expertise spans policy development, legal and ethical issues, and strategic program growth.
She holds a Master of Laws from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London. Prior to PulseTRC, Shumaila advanced academic and operational initiatives at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where she built strong partnerships and streamlined complex workflows. She is also a member of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers.
