Telehealth resource centers receive support from CARES Act

A consortium of telehealth resource centers, which operates 12 regional and two national locations across the country, are benefitting from the CARES Act passed by Congress to support relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Each site received more than $800,000 in additional federal funding to provide technical support as healthcare providers increase their virtual offerings to patients, especially those who live in communities in need, during the pandemic.
