Organizational Governance of AI

The session will focus on organizational capabilities and processes required to govern the use of AI products. The material will cover the roles and responsibilities required for effective organizational governance and will present case studies demonstrating the various decision points throughout the AI product lifecycle. Learners will understand the technical infrastructure, personnel requirements, and frontline clinician support required to implement AI products within clinical care.
