Join the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource and their partners as they discuss current initiatives and models of patient support and Telehealth Access Points (TAPs). This webinar highlights 3 different innovative models of TAPs in Oregon, Montana and Wyoming that have been working to increase access to telehealth in their communities.
