The Southern Regional Disaster Response System (SRDRS) – A Comprehensive Overview
Principals from Emory University and Augusta University will describe how the Southern Regional Disaster Response System (SRDRS) has progressed through their first two years of program establishment to complement existing preparedness and response frameworks by leveraging telehealth technology. This presentation will highlight signature telehealth initiatives of the SRDRS aimed at enhancing situational awareness, patient care coordination, and access to highly specialized clinical and health system operational expertise with the goal of improving regional surge capacity following a CBRNE or other surge event.
