Utilizing Innovations in Telehealth to Advance the Care of Patients in Congregate Settings

One major challenge during the early months of the Covid Pandemic was reaching vulnerable, high-risk populations. This significant problem was and remains most apparent in prisons, nursing homes, group facilities and with isolated, rural individuals. During the first two years of the crisis, the presenters of this webinar, in partnership with large clinical organizations, utilized innovations in telehealth mobile technologies and creative delivery processes to establish and advance clinical screening, care and transfer of Covid patients from prisons and nursing homes. This presentation will share these best practices and critical lessons learned as well as opportunities to advance new, cost-effective telehealth models of care.
