Join the Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource and their partners as they discuss current initiatives and models of patient support and Telehealth Access Points (TAPs). This webinar highlights 3 different innovative models of TAPs in Oregon, Montana and Wyoming that have been working to increase access to telehealth in their communities. Attendees of this webinar will learn about creative ways to address inequities in broadband and promote healthcare access options within their community.
